We sell home-fragrance and ambiance products — reed diffusers, flameless and traditional candles, aroma stones, sachets, sprays, potpourri and gift sets. Our products are decorative and fragrance goods only. We make no therapeutic, medical, sleep, stress-relief, antibacterial or aromatherapy health claims, and nothing on this site should be read as such a claim. Product descriptions relate to scent and ambiance.

We try to display product colours, descriptions and details as accurately as possible, but natural botanicals and handmade items vary slightly. Images are illustrative.

You agree to follow the safety guidance provided with each product and on its product page. In particular: open-flame products (candles, incense, wax-melt warmers) must never be left burning unattended and must be kept away from flammable materials, children and pets; fragrance liquids are not for ingestion and must be kept out of reach of children and pets. We are not liable for loss or damage arising from misuse or failure to follow the supplied safety guidance.

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD)and are inclusive of applicable seller charges shown at checkout. Shipping is calculated and displayed before payment. Import duties or destination taxes, where they apply, are the recipient’s responsibility.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By paying, you authorise us (via Stripe) to charge your chosen payment method for the order total. Charges appear on your statement as WESTMINSTERPH STORE. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where we reasonably suspect fraud, a pricing error, or unavailability, and to refund any sum already paid in such cases.

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send an order confirmation or dispatch your goods. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will let you know and refund any payment taken.

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy, and cancellations, returns and refunds by our Returns & Refunds Policy. Both form part of these terms. Your statutory rights are not affected.

You agree not to use this site unlawfully, to attempt to interfere with its operation or security, or to copy our content, branding or imagery without permission. All content on this site is owned by or licensed to us.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

We handle your personal data in line with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which comply with the UK GDPR, EU GDPR and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) where applicable.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published here when you place your order. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above.

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and you agree to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts. If you are a consumer, you may also benefit from mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.
