Cookie Policy
This policy explains what cookies are, which ones we use, and how you can control them. It works alongside our Privacy Policy.

1 · What cookies are
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They help the site work, remember your preferences, and help us understand how the site is used. Similar technologies (like local storage) work in much the same way.
2 · The cookies we use
Strictly necessary — required for the site to function: keeping your order/basket, security, and load balancing. These are always on; the site can’t work without them.
Preferences — remember choices such as your cookie consent. Used only with your agreement.
Analytics — help us understand which pages are useful so we can improve. These load only after you accept non-essential cookies, and the data is aggregated.
We currently set no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Our payment provider (Stripe) may set cookies necessary for secure payment and fraud prevention when you check out.
3 · Managing your choices
When you first visit, our cookie banner lets you accept or reject non-essential cookies. You can change your choice at any time using the “Cookie settings” control in the banner, or by clearing cookies in your browser. Most browsers also let you block or delete cookies in their settings — though blocking strictly-necessary cookies may stop parts of the site working.
4 · Consent
For visitors in the UK, EU and similar jurisdictions, non-essential cookies are set only after you give consent. Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it.
5 · More information
