Do your products have any health or therapeutic benefits?
No — and we’ll never claim otherwise. Our products are home fragrance and ambiance goods. They are designed to make a room smell and feel pleasant. We make no therapeutic, medical, sleep, stress-relief, antibacterial or aromatherapy health claims. We describe scent and mood, nothing more.
Are they safe around children and pets?
Many of our pieces are flame-free by design — reed diffusers, aroma stones, sachets and flameless LED candles — which makes them easy to live with. Fragrance liquids and dried botanicals are not for ingestion; keep them out of reach of children and pets. Open-flame items (soy candles, incense, wax-melt warmers) carry a clear safety notice and should be used with care. If a pet has a known sensitivity, introduce any new scent gradually and ensure good ventilation.
What's your safety guidance for candles and incense?
For any open-flame item: never leave it burning unattended; keep it away from anything flammable, from drafts, and from children and pets; place it on a heat-resistant, stable surface; and burn within sight. Trim candle wicks to 5mm and don’t burn for more than four hours at a time. Full guidance is printed on each product and shown on its page.
Do you list allergens and ingredients?
Yes. Fragranced products may contain naturally occurring allergens (such as linalool, limonene, geraniol, citronellol or coumarin). The full allergen declaration is printed on each product label, and every product page carries an allergens note. If you have a known fragrance sensitivity, please review these and discontinue use if irritation occurs.
How long does a fragrance last?
It depends on room size, airflow and the format. As a guide, reed diffusers throw fragrance for 8–12 weeks, sachets for several weeks, and soy candles burn for around 40 hours each. Turning diffuser reeds weekly and refreshing stones keeps the scent lively.
Can I refill or re-scent products?
Yes — that’s rather the point. Our diffusers take refills, aroma stones and hanging diffusers can be re-scented with a few drops, and the room-spray bottle is refillable. It’s kinder to the shelf and the planet.
What currency are prices in, and do you ship to me?
All prices are in US Dollars (USD) and we ship worldwide. Shipping is free over $50; see our Shipping Policy for times and rates.
How do payments work — is my card safe?
Payments are handled securely by Stripe. Your card details are entered on Stripe’s encrypted payment page and are never stored on our site. Charges appear on your statement as WESTMINSTERPH STORE.
